General Construction Technician:

Applicant must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial/restaurant service and repair.

Job Description:

1. Maintenance work in commercial/restaurant service
2. Cut openings in walls and floors for repairs
3. Install, repair, and maintain all aspects of commercial facilities
4. Drywall, carpentry, painting, tile, and masonry
5. Plumbing and electrical experience is a plus and helpful
6. Must possess skills using power tools
7. Certification is a plus, but not required
8. Must be professional, dependable, responsible and pay attention to detail
9. Qualified candidate must have a clean DMV record
10. Drug test, physical, and background required

Plumber:

Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial/restaurant plumbing service and repair.

Job Description:

1. Solving cross connections
2. Installing waste and vent piping
3. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
4. Familiar with mixing valves and pressure regulators
5. Troubleshoot water heaters and installing new water heaters
6. Test hot and cold piping, waste and vent piping, water piping, and gas systems
7. Cut openings in walls and floors for repairs
8. Measure, cut, bend, and thread pipes
9. Test pipes for leaks using pressure gauges
10. Must possess skills using power tools
11. Certification is a plus, but not required
12. Secure company vehicle assigned
13. Must be professional, dependable, responsible, and pay attention to detail
14. Qualified candidate must have a clean DMV record
15. Drug test, physical, and background required

Warehouse Supervisor:

Applicant must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in operating and maintaining a plumbing warehouse, plumbing experience is a plus.

Job Description:

1. Requesting material quotes as needed
2. Purchase order control/generating and issuing PO’s
3. Ordering plumbing supplies, materials as needed for jobs, and equipment rentals
4. Entering and maintaining inventory control in WASP Inventory Control program
5. Verifying purchase orders and matching with proper packing slips
6. Maintaining and overseeing all aspects of daily warehouse operations
7. Issuing and maintaining control of company tools and equipment
8. Maintaining purchase order logs and files
9. Correcting discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices from suppliers
10. Must be able to prioritize and work in a fast paced environment
11. Must be professional, dependable, responsible, and pay attention to detail
12. Qualified candidate must have a clean DMV record
13. Drug test, physical, and background required

Welder:

Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with welding stainless steel and wrought iron/fabrication.

Job Description:

1. Previous experience in welding or other related fields
2. Familiarity with welding tools and procedures
3. Ability to follow directions and work with others
4. Must be professional, dependable, responsible, and pay attention to detail
5. Qualified candidate must have a clean DMV record
6. Drug test, physical, and background required
